Instructions
- Add yogurt, water, oats, apple pectin, and cinnamon to a blender.
- Add chopped apple, sweetener if using, and ice.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, 30–45 seconds.
- Taste, then adjust thickness with a splash of water.
- Pour into a glass and drink slowly with extra water nearby.
Notes
Start with 1/2 teaspoon pectin if you’re new, then increase only if comfortable.
Space this smoothie several hours away from supplements or medicines you want to absorb well.
