- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp garlic-infused olive oil
- 1 cup lactose-free cream
- ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- Fresh basil leaves
- Salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat garlic-infused olive oil in skillet; sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden.
- Remove chicken; deglaze pan with broth.
- Stir in lactose-free cream, Parmesan, and sun-dried tomatoes; simmer until thickened.
- Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce, and cook 2–3 minutes.
- Top with fresh basil; serve warm over rice or mashed potatoes.
Notes
Use garlic-infused oil instead of garlic cloves for Low FODMAP safety.
Lactose-free cream ensures a smooth, digestible sauce.
