Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp garlic-infused olive oil
  • 1 cup lactose-free cream
  • ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Heat garlic-infused olive oil in skillet; sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden.
  • Remove chicken; deglaze pan with broth.
  • Stir in lactose-free cream, Parmesan, and sun-dried tomatoes; simmer until thickened.
  • Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce, and cook 2–3 minutes.
  • Top with fresh basil; serve warm over rice or mashed potatoes.

Notes

Use garlic-infused oil instead of garlic cloves for Low FODMAP safety.

Lactose-free cream ensures a smooth, digestible sauce.
